We don't find projects. We build them.
ULUSOYPARK's Strategic Investment & Project Development division is the Group's highest-complexity capability. It exists to originate, structure, and execute large-scale infrastructure and development projects that sit at the intersection of public policy, international finance, and industrial capacity.
This is not a fund. It is a project development platform. We identify strategic opportunities in infrastructure, energy, agriculture, maritime, and emerging industrial sectors where Turkish sovereign assets, international development finance, and ULUSOYPARK's own execution capabilities can be assembled into a viable, fundable, and impactful project. We then build that project — from concept and feasibility through financing arrangement, government guarantee negotiation, regulatory approvals, and physical delivery.
Each capability is a service line we run end-to-end — from origination and structuring through delivery and operation. No subcontracted promises.
Coordinating financing across US Exim, DFC, USTDA, EBRD, World Bank, EIB, IDB. PPP framework design. Blended finance combining grant, concessional, and commercial capital.
Port expansion mandates with international development financing, Turkish government-backed guarantees, and turnkey construction delivery by Ulusoy İnşaat.
Government-supported livestock importation programs, agri-processing facility development, cross-border agricultural supply programs with bilateral cooperation frameworks.
Industrial infrastructure for NATO allies and partner nations. Land acquisition from sovereign sources, applicable regulatory certifications, multi-institutional financing, long-term offtake.
Data centers, secure communication infrastructure, and digital backbone assets developed in Turkey with US-certified equipment and DFI support.
Every project begins with a question: where is there a structural gap between available resources — sovereign land, government guarantee capacity, development finance eligibility, technical execution capability — and unmet institutional demand?
We answer that question, and then we fill the gap. The result is projects that would not otherwise exist, funded by institutions that recognize their strategic value, built by teams that have done it before, and structured to create durable value for all stakeholders — public and private.
