Bitez Bodrum Project

Bitez Bodrum is situated in the serene location of Bodrum Bitez Bay. Its location makes it suitable for year-round residency, both in summer and winter. Located on a seafront plot, it has its own beach just 50 meters away from the houses. Our residences will be constructed on a 4130 m² plot, with a total construction area of 3250 m². The housing options include triplex detached buildings, duplex apartments, and flat apartments. It will be a boutique site consisting of a total of 16 independent units.
